  1.  How long have you been at Little Rock Christian? I have been at Little Rock Christian for 23 years.
  2. What positions have you held? I have taught first, second and third grade along with being the Early Childhood Director and now the Elementary Principal.
  3. Are you married?  If so, what can you tell us about your spouse? I am married to a wonderful man whom the Lord had chosen just for me.
  4. What cities and states have you lived in? I have always lived in Arkansas. I grew up in Pine Bluff and then moved to Arkadelphia for college.  I have lived in Little Rock for the last 23 years.
  5. Where did you go to college?  I attended Ouachita Baptist University.  OBU is a great school where I made life-long friends.
  6. Hardest subject for you in school? Probably Geometry, my Dad even had me tutored and that did not work out real well.
  7. Favorite book? This is a tough question because I love to read but if I had to choose one title it would be To Kill a Mockingbird.
  8. Favorite movie?  Pride and Prejudice
  9. Favorite vacation spot?  I love the beach!
  10. Place you would like to visit?  Italy
  11. What is the most rewarding part of your job?  The most rewarding part of my job is spending everyday with the children.  They are the best thing about what I do.
  12. Biggest change at Little Rock Christian since you began teaching?  I think the biggest change would be the growth of the school.  I am truly amazed at how the Lord has chosen to grow and use this school in the lives of so many. We are a blessed place.
  13. What is the greatest lesson you have learned from your students?  I have learned too many lessons from my students to count.  I think what I can say is children teach me every day.  Their perspective on life is simple and full of hope.  It refreshes me daily.
  14. Favorite thing about working at Little Rock Christian?  My favorite thing about working here is we have the privilege to share God’s Truth in everything we do. That is why we are here to live out His purpose for our lives.
