Dear Parents,
We met with high school students this morning to share J-Term 2018 information. Those taking classes received the J-Term booklet which includes course descriptions, general information and registration instructions. To view a copy of the booklet click here. Students participating in internships met with a faculty advisor and went over internship protocols, while students going on trips met with trip sponsors.
All students participating in classes or internships must complete the two step process next week on the dates listed below.
1. Register online via Renweb. Students taking classes must select four choices for both morning and afternoon slots. Registration is not considered complete until four choices are selected.
2. Submit the parental permission form to the High School office. This form is the last page of the booklet and can also be found in the online version. Students doing internships were given a hard copy of the form this morning.
Dates for Online Registration (7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. each day)
12th grade: Monday, October 16
11th grade: Tuesday, October 17
10th grade: Wednesday, October 18
9th grade: Friday, October 20
Other Important J-Term Dates
October 25: Schedules released
October 30: Trip parent meeting. Student and one parent must attend. (6:30-8:30 p.m. in the HS Commons)
November 1: Parents billed for classes. Please pay business office directly.
November 6 and 7: APP meetings for class details. Trips and internships will also meet.
November 20: Due date for class payment.
January 3 - 9: Classes meet.
February 1: J-Term grades posted to Renweb.
