Little Rock Christian Academy Dedicates New High School Building

On Friday, October 16, 2009 a formal ceremony and dedication was held to honor God for the blessings he has bestowed upon Little Rock Christian Academy over the past 32 years.  Donors to the “For Such a Time as This” capital campaign were invited to the extraordinary evening of praise and worship.  The Warrior Choir entertained guests along with special performances by Mrs. Karen Mason.  The guests also enjoyed hearing remarks from Dr. Gary Arnold, Head of School, Jason Carson, Director of Development, Gene Whisenhunt, current Board of Trustees President of LRCA and Governor Mike Huckabee (via video).  “What you are doing and what you can do with your newly transformed campus is good for families, good for Little Rock, good for Arkansas and good for America” said Governor Huckabee.  “Keep up the good work, stay the course, grow the enthusiasm, and continue forward”.  The evening concluded with the unveiling of the new statue in front of the building donated by the Scotty and Charlotte Caroom family.  Little Rock Christian Academy is extremely grateful for all the sacrificial gifts that have been given to the campaign.
