Everett Mansur receives Grand Recognition by Duke-Tip Program

Little Rock Christian Academy seventh grade student, Everett Mansur, received Grand Recognition by the Duke University Talent Identification Program, along with 8 other LRCA students who received State Recognition.

Students receiving State Recognition are Samuel Brineman, Kimberly Changose, Chistopher Elkins, Zachary Graham, Todd Alan McDonald, Arden Ricks, Christian Shewmake and Jess Smith.

Forty-two LRCA students qualified to enter the Duke Tip program. Students qualify by scoring a 95%ile or higher in one section of the Stanford Achievement Test given in the 6th grade. Twenty-five of the qualifying students sat for either the SAT or ACT.

A student qualifying for State Recognition is in the top 30% of the Talent Search Pool, and a student qualifying for Grand Recognition is in the top 2%.
