Duke TIP Students '08

Since 1980, the Duke Talent TIP Program has been a world leader in identifying academically talented students.  Those selected have scored in the top 95 percent of national norms on a standardized achievement, aptitude or mental ability test.  Qualifying cadidates then completed SAT reasoning and ACT assessment examinations.

Thirty six LRCA seventh graders were tapped for Duke University's Talent Identification Program.  They are pictured above:
