Fine Arts Director:
Lead and continue to build an established and quality program in the visual and performing arts so that all K-12 students have opportunity to love the arts and so that gifted students will have their talents developed strongly in preparation for college and life. The ideal candidate has the proven ability to lead others to levels of excellence locally, regionally, and nationally in Christ centered education and arts. The candidate must be a great fit for the Little Rock Christian mission and culture, have a growing and mature walk with God, and be a catalyst for maturing the entire arts program in relation to the entire school community. This role is either part-time or in conjunction with other faculty assignments.

Choral Music Director:
Lead and continue to build an established choral program for middle school and high school. Requirements: a strong educational and experiential background in leading a school choral program of excellence, a great "mission fit" for the Little Rock Christian culture and mission, the desire to learn and lead to new levels regionally and nationally, the ability to work well with a broad range of people and to support other fine arts and the entire school program, and a love and understanding for Christian education.
