Warriors Repeat as 5A State Soccer Champs

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

 

Little Rock – May 5, 2010

The Warriors’ defended their Class 5A state championship on Friday at Razorback Field in Fayetteville, Arkansas.  The LRCA Girls (14-1-1) had a 4-0 victory over Pulaski Academy.  This was their fourth consecutive state final.   The LRCA Boys (21-3-2) defeated Hope 2-1.  This is the second consecutive title for both teams.  Annie Sixbey (LRCA) and Andrew Davis (LRCA) were named Most Valuable Players of the tournament.
