Director of Audio Visual Services (Starts August 2024)
Job Description: Manages the operations of the audiovisual needs and equipment on the campus of Little Rock Christian. Responsibilities include daily student assemblies, special events and conferences, and all student performances including large-scale theatre productions. Experience with sound/light engineering and streaming capabilities is required. Desire and ability to work with high school students and develop an innovative student media program are necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Five plus years of experience working with audio/visual equipment in a large venue setting
- Teaching or training experience preferred

Director of After School Care
LRCA is in search of an After School Care Director. Hours are from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday during the school year as well as a few days in the summer for teacher professional
development (Elementary only).
Requirements:
● Personal relationship with the Lord
● Love for children
● Ability to manage adults, college students, and high school students while
maintaining positive relationships with coworkers
● Good physical health
● Must be 25 years or older
● Pass a drug screen and background check
● Ability to complete some administrative tasks in preparation for childcare
Preferred candidates have experience managing a childcare program or are former teachers
with experience with classroom management. Basic CPR and First Aid are also preferred
and can be provided through the school if needed.
If a candidate needs additional hours, there may be opportunities to serve elsewhere during
the day before After School Care begins.
