Board of Trust
The Board of Trust is the policy-making leadership of the school, holding the school's mission in trust. To that end, the Board creates and implements written policies for the organization, ensures financial strength, and supports and evaluates the head of school as the chief educational and executive officer.

The Board of Trust consists of professionals throughout the community who represent eight different churches as well as multiple school constituencies.
John McMorran - (Board of Trust Chairman) John is Vice President of Lewis Architechtects Engineers. John and his wife, April, are the parents of three current Warriors in elementary, middle school, and high school. They have one child at Access School and two alumni daughters living and working in central Arkansas. They attend The Summit Church. John also serves on the Board of Trustees for Baptist Health and the Arkansas Baptist Foundation Board.
Jessica Brogdon - Jessica brings communication and relational expertise to the Board. She leads special projects and communications for Mountaire Corporation. She and her husband, Todd are parents to two LRCA alumni. They attend Fellowship Bible Church.
Maggie Chism - Maggie has a long history with LRCA, having attended Walnut Valley Christian Academy throughout elementary school and then later teaching in the High School. She and her husband, Blake, have 3 children, the oldest of whom is in 1st grade. They attend Immanuel Baptist Church.
Tabietha Dillard - Tabietha has a fifteen year history with LRCA and is a parent of three alumni and one current high school student. She and her husband, Bill, are active members of Christ Community Church.
Jeff Hankins - Jeff is Vice President for Strategic Communications and Economic Development at Arkansas State University System in Little Rock. He brings executive-level experience, including organization and personnel management, finance, and marketing to his board role. He and his wife, Carrie, are parents to two LRCA alumni. They attend Chenal Valley Church where Jeff is a worship leader.
Natalie Hankins - Natalie is invested in the well-being of Little Rock Christian as a board member since 2017 and as a mom to one current student and two LRCA alumni. She makes the most of volunteer opportunities, athletic events, and special programs to deepen her connections. Natalie strengthens the board with her experience in management of non-profit organizations. She is married to Jared. They attend Christ Community Church.
Peter Kim - Peter is a general surgeon with Arkansas Health Group, a division of Baptist Health Medical Center. He brings the expertise of healthcare related issues concerning both staff and students to the board. He previously was Chief of Surgery, and now serves on the Credentialing board for Baptist Health He and his wife, Elizabeth, have two children at Little Rock Christian Academy. Peter and his family attend the West Little Rock campus of Fellowship Bible Church.
Susan Martin - Susan has a 15 year history of service to LRCA as a parent of a Warrior graduate and now the grandmother of a current Warrior. She brings legal expertise and strong leadership skills to her board service. She is the CFO for Martin Orthopedics. Susan is married to Ken. They attend New Life Church.
Julia Neblett - Julie has served as LRCA Support Staff for a number of years and is in her second term of service on the board. She and her husband, Roy, are parents to four LRCA graduates. They attend Fellowship Bible Church.
Cedric Pratt - Cedric is a practicing vitreoretinal surgeon and partner at the Arkansas Retina Clinic. He and his family have grown with LRCA over the last 10 years. He and his wife, Adama, have three children at Little Rock Christian Academy from elementary to high school and one LRCA graduate. They attend Fellowship Bible Church.
Ross Rucker - Ross serves as a Managing Director in Stephens, Inc.’s Investment Banking Department, where he advises corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions. He and his wife, Abbie, are passionate about education and its impact on individuals and society. They have three children enrolled in LRCA. Ross and his family attend Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock.
Tommy Vaughan - Tommy is an attorney with Lax, Vaughan, Fortson, Rowe, and Threet. He and his wife, Martha, are parents of four LRCA alumni. Tommy has served as a Warrior Club Board member and is a past Chairman of the Arkansas Baptist Foundation. The Vaughans are members of Immanuel Baptist Church where Tommy teaches Sunday School.
Jameel Wesley - Jameel serves as the board chaplain. He is the pastor at Eighth Street Baptist Church in North Little Rock, where their mission is moving people from the streets to the seats, from the seats to the Savior, from the Savior to the saints, back to the streets This mission encompasses outreach, evangelism, and worship. He and his wife, LaJarlyn, have two sons attending LRCA.
Gene Whisenhunt - Gene is the President/COO of Hickingbotham Investments, Inc. He and his wife, Kathy, have three children who all attended LRCA. Gene has served the LRCA Board in a number of roles including three years as Chairman. Gene is the past Chairman of the Baptist Health Foundation Board and the Ouachita Baptist University Board. He attends Fellowship Bible Church.
