Q: How does your school balance academics, arts, and athletics?
A: From the youngest preschooler to the graduating senior, every effort is made to help students develop and explore their God-given talents and abilities in order to thrive beyond the gates of Warriorville. Devoted faculty and staff create a culture of academic rigor characterized by challenging and engaging lessons in order to foster understanding and enjoyment. Intriguing and ambitious Fine Arts offerings span the grades through Studio, Instrumental, Theatre, and Vocal Arts. The Warrior Athletic program has won numerous state and conference titles in almost every sport and is recognized as one of the best overall athletic programs in Arkansas.
Q: How does LRCA address school safety?
A: LRCA has a gated campus with controlled access through manned gatehouse, cameras, and license plate reader. A full-time security staff works alongside off-duty city and county police officer patrol.

Q: Does your school offer advanced courses?
A: Small class sizes, visionary curriculum, and emphasis on the whole child from preschool through 12th grade ensure individualized attention and robust academics. LRCA’s early childhood and elementary programs provide a strong foundation for students to excel and develop as they progress through middle school, junior high, and high school. A vast array of advanced, Honors, AP, and concurrent college courses are available to augment students’ knowledge in core subject areas as well as diverse enrichment classes.
Q: How is technology integrated into the classroom from elementary through high school?
A: All 5th through 12th grade students have Chromebooks. Elementary classes share Chromebook and iPad carts. LRCA has invested in a great deal of educational software in order to extend the four walls of the classroom. Some of the software includes BrainPOP, Discovery Education, Seesaw, Spelling City, Schoology, Parlay, online textbooks, JSTOR, Albert.io, SCOIR, and more. Internet filters, faculty/staff capabilities to monitor online student activity in real time, and reporting systems keep online safety a top priority.
Q: Will my child and our family feel welcomed?
A: LRCA makes every effort to welcome and acclimate new students and their families. Smaller class sizes allow our highly qualified, committed faculty and staff to provide individualized attention and instruction. Personalized interactions and opportunities include Welcome Warrior events, the Ambassador program, the House Systems and Advisory Groups, the New Family Tailgate, Student Orientation Staff, and much more!
Q: How are medical needs during the school day addressed?

Q: What enrichment opportunities does LRCA offer beyond the classroom?
A: Beyond the host of arts and athletics offerings, Warriors have a myriad of ways to explore passions and interests outside the classroom. Elementary students have over 10 different clubs and activities including service projects, STEM, and their own news program (KLRC). Middle schoolers dive in through the House System, service projects, and clubs like Destination Imagination, Robotics, and more. Junior High students have opportunities to engage through the House System, Quiz Bowl, Robotics, Chess, Engineering Olympics, student government, and social events. The high school has 30+ clubs, countless service projects, Capstone, and the annual J-Term program. There’s something for everyone at LRCA.
Q: How many Warrior graduates proceed to college and where are they accepted?
A: 100% of Warrior graduates are accepted to colleges and universities. In the Class of 2022, 97% were offered academic scholarships, the entire class was offered over $21 million in academic scholarships (a school record). They were accepted into 147 universities and colleges in 30 states.
Q: Do you offer extended care to students?
A: After school care is available for students who are three years old through 8th grade. After school care is available from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Students are given snacks, have recess time, and work on homework when applicable. Students in half day kindergarten can enroll in Extended Care, so that they may stay for the afternoon.
Q: How does your school support students with learning differences and varying learning styles?
A: LRCA’s Learner Services Program is facilitated by eleven faculty and a Director of Learner Services. They work closely with families, students, teachers, and administrators to meet age-specific educational needs.
