Academic and College Counseling

With the ever changing and increasingly competitive world of college admissions, Little Rock Christian Academy recognizes the importance of equipping students with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful both in high school and beyond. The LRCA Academic and College Counseling office offers individualized counseling that begins in grade nine and continues through the senior year. Students are encouraged to discover their God-given gifts and talents, and to take charge of their futures in an environment that provides intellectual and spiritual challenge, reflection and support.

Our staff invests in getting to know each student, serving as a resource to parents, making personal connections with college representatives across the country, and ultimately assisting students in selecting a college that will allow them to reach their educational, and career goals. We cultivate this process by offering individual, family, and group informational meetings, visits with college representatives, SAT and ACT advice, assistance with applications, interviews, and scholarships. 

Each fall LRCA hosts college admissions officers who meet with students and share their respective school information. Since 1997, we have graduated exceptional students who demonstrate high levels of achievement.  Recruiters now seek out LRCA students, knowing they will be well prepared and well rounded.
