Vaccination Compliance Report (Act 676 - Arkansas Law)

This year, Act 676 became law in Arkansas.  This Act requires a public or private school to create and maintain a report that provides information regarding the:

  1. Number of students within the public or private school who have been granted from the Department of Health an exemption from the requirement to obtain one (1) or more vaccinations as required by state law.

38 students grade K-12 with exemption letters.

  1. Percentage of students within the public or private school who have been granted from the Department of Health an exemption from the requirement to obtain one (1) or more vaccinations as required by state law.

2.19% of students K-12 with exemption letters.

  1. Number of students within the public or private school who have failed to provide proof of vaccinations required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health.

0 students K-12 with no proof of immunizations

  1. Percentage of students within the public or private school who have failed to provide proof of vaccinations required by the state and have not obtained an exemption from the Department of Health.
