Grandparents have a special role in the family as well on the Warriorville campus!  Both current and alumni grandparents are invited to participate in special programming throughout the year.

Warrior Grandparent Coffees

Warrior Grandparents are invited to campus to learn more about LRCA's philosophy of Christian education and the important role of the intentional grandparent.  These mornings are meant to be an encouragement and support you in your role as a grandparent.

Coffees are scheduled for September 12, 2024 and February 25, 2025.  Current and alumni grandparents are welcome! Ticket are free, but seating is limited.  Please register here!

"Raising Sturdy Kids" with Keith McCurdy

Tickets are free, but seating is limited. Little Rock Christian Academy welcomes Keith McCurdy to Warriorville on Thursday, January 16!  Special thanks to the LRCA Parent Teacher Fellowship for their support of this event.

The reality is that struggle is required in order for children to grow into “sturdy adults” – adults who can face life’s challenges with maturity, resilience, and perseverance. If we want our children to be able to do hard things, we must allow them to struggle.  Healthy struggle is the engine towards growth and maturity.

Register then read the book.  Books and reading guides available with registration.  Dinner and discussion nights are January 27 and February 3 at 6:30 pm

LRCA Gatekeepers

LRCA Gatekeepers are division-specific prayer groups that meet throughout the school year for the purpose of covering our children, by name, in prayer.  We spend the meetings writing Scripture (the Scripture is provided) on each child's notecard.  Every student from PreK3 - 6th grade has a notecard with his/her name written on it.  Every student in 7th - 12th grade will have a prayer note taped to their locker.  We conclude the meetings by naming each student aloud and covering them with prayer.  No need to pray unless you feel comfortable.

Fathers Fellowship is open to all Little Rock Christian dads, step-dads, and granddads.  Our intent is to create a community of Warrior dads and granddads who support each other in training our children and pray for God’s kingdom to reign at our school and in our hearts.

Elementary Grandparents won't want to miss the tradition that is Grandparents Day!  Save the date for Friday, April 25, 2025 at 9:00am.  Look for an invitation from your grandchild this semester.
